Qualifications:
Project Manager:
- Oversee entire project lifecycle (budget, schedule, scope)
- Manage teams, subcontractors, vendors
- Lead client communication and reporting
- Ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and quality standards
- Problem-solve and manage risks/issues
Assistant Project Manager:
- Help manage schedules, budgets, and documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support procurement and material logistics
- Attend meetings and maintain project reports
Project Engineer:
- Interpret plans/specs and assist with technical details
- Coordinate between design team and construction team
- Support quality assurance and control
- Help resolve field issues with engineering input
- Track submittals, RFIs, and punch lists
Position 2 (General Office Roles)
-Entry Level Safety Manager
-Accounting Assistant
-Estimating Assistant
Qualifications:
Entry Level Safety Manager:
- Assist with implementing safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct basic safety training and toolbox talks
- Support incident reporting and investigation
- Monitor job sites for hazards
- Maintain safety documentation and records
Accounting Assistant:
- Data entry and invoice processing
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable
- Filing financial documents
- Reconciling bank statements
- Supporting senior accountants
Estimating Assistant:
- Assist estimators in preparing cost estimates and bids
- Gather subcontractor/vendor quotes
- Review project plans and specifications
- Help with take-offs and quantity calculations
- Maintain estimate databases and documents
Position 3 (Field Roles)
-Field Supervisors
-Foreman
-Carpenters
-Warehouse Delivery/helper
Qualifications:
Field Supervisors:
- Supervise crews on job sites
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Coordinate schedules and daily operations
- Report progress to Project Manager or Superintendent
- Resolve onsite issues quickly
Foreman:
- Lead a small team of skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, laborers)
- Read and interpret blueprints/plans
- Assign tasks and monitor work quality
- Ensure safety compliance
- Act as liaison between workers and Field Supervisor/PM
Carpenters:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal structures
- Build frameworks, walls, forms, and finishes
- Interpret blueprints and drawings
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers)
Warehouse Delivery/helper:
- Load/unload materials
- Deliver construction supplies or tools to job sites
- Assist in warehouse organization and inventory
- Operate forklifts or other equipment (if certified)
- Follow safety and delivery protocols
